Eye Care Services
Primary Care Exam – $74 Eye Exam
A Primary Care Exam includes an evaluation of the health of the eyes, glaucoma screening, and spectacle prescription.
Single Vision Contact Lens Exam – $104
For non-astigmatism and astigmatism patients, this Contact Lens evaluation includes the Primary Care Exam, Contact Lens fitting/consultation, Contact Lens prescription and two follow-up exams.
Multi-focal/Gas Perm Contact Lens Exam – $124
For Rigid Gas Permeable Lens and Bi-focal Contact Lens patients, this Contact Lens evaluation includes the Primary Care Exam, Contact Lens fitting/consultation, Contact Lens prescription and three follow up exams.
Dilation – $15
Dilation of the pupils allows for a more complete evaluation of the back of the eye.
Optomap – $22
The optomap retinal exam is used to get an ultra-widefield view of the retina (the back of the eye).
Office Visit – $74
An Office Visit covers limited services associated with evaluating and/or treating a Red Eye, Allergic Eyes, Foreign Body, etc.
